Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
Welcome to MasterFL. By accessing or using our website and educational services (the "Service") provided by JS Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or authorized educator to create an account and use our Service.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- All Sales Final: MasterFL provides digital products, including AI tokens and subscriptions. Due to the nature of these digital goods, all sales are final. Once a user has accessed the Service or utilized tokens for AI analysis, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
- Token Policy: Tokens are subject to our monthly reset policy based on your active plan. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle and will expire.
3. Use of AI Services & Disclaimer
- The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide analysis for students' writing and speaking assessments. AI output is generated based on patterns and does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
- Teacher Verification: AI-generated feedback is intended as a supplementary educational tool. Teachers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and giving final approval to all AI-generated content before sharing it with their students.
4. Teacher Responsibility & Compliance
- Data Privacy: Teachers must ensure that all student data uploaded to the platform complies with their respective school policies and applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Parental Consent: Teachers represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions and consent from parents or legal guardians prior to submitting any student data to our platform for analysis.
- Liability: MasterFL is not liable for any unauthorized data submission or failure by the Teacher to obtain proper parental consent. The Teacher assumes full responsibility for all data uploaded, ensuring that no sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as home addresses or Social Security Numbers (SSNs) is included.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the MasterFL platform—including AI-generated feedback templates, software, and designs—are the exclusive property of JS Platforms and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasterFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MasterFL, its officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of third-party rights (including student privacy).
